## Herausfordernde Sprachhandlungen realisieren (S. 29 f.)
Gespannt schaut die Kindergruppe ins Bilderbuch. «Gute Nacht, Gorilla» heisst das Buch. Bald schon haben die Kinder den Gorilla entdeckt. Aber da gibt es auch noch einen Babygorilla, eine Babygiraffe und einen Papagei. Die Kinder machen sich gegenseitig auf ihre Entdeckungen aufmerksam. Rasch sind sie mitten im Gespräch: Was gibt es im Buch für Spielsachen für den Gorilla? Und: Können Gorillas Rad fahren? Zusammen tauchen sie ein in die Welt des Buches und der Phantasie. Sie äussern ihre Vermutungen und Ideen. So bleibt das Gespräch spannend und anregend. Als ein Mädchen meint: „Einmal hat ein Gorilla Kacka und Pipi gemacht“, entwickelt sich das gemeinsame Bilderbuchgespräch in eine andere Richtung. Nun geht es um eigene Erlebnisse und damit um die Realität. Die Spielgruppenleiterin bezieht alle Kinder ins Gespräch mit ein („Habt ihr alle schon einen Gorilla gesehen?“; „Und der Philippe? Hat der auch schon einen Gorilla gesehen?“). Und dann geht die gemeinsame Aufmerksamkeit wieder zurück ins Buch („Was macht der Gorilla als Nächstes?“). 

## Bilderbücher und andere Kindermedien nutzen und geniessen (S. 32)
Gemeinsame Bilderbuchgespräche sind ausgesprochen wertvoll. Zum einen bieten sie tolle Gemeinschaftserlebnisse. Kinder können zusammen in einer gemütlichen und entspannten Atmosphäre ins Bilderbuch eintauchen und unzählige Welten entdecken. Dazu ist es wichtig, dass Kindern eine altersgerechte und anregende Auswahl an Bilderbüchern zur Verfügung steht. Zum anderen haben die Kinder der Spielgruppe die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv, ihren Interessen und Möglichkeiten entsprechend, am Gespräch zu beteiligen. Sie können einander mitteilen, was sie im Bilderbuch sehen, aber auch von ihren eigenen Lebenswelten berichten. So erhalten die Kinder Gelegenheiten, gemeinsam längere Gedankenfäden zu entwickeln.  

## Sprachliche Mittel anbieten und klären (S. 28)
Die Kinder in der Spielgruppe haben unterschiedliche Deutschkenntnisse. Einige sprechen zu Hause Deutsch, andere unterhalten sich mit ihren Familien in einer anderen Sprache. Das Bilderbuchgespräch gestaltet die Spielgruppenleiterin so, dass sich alle zugehörig fühlen, dem Gespräch und der Geschichte folgen und sich selbst je nach ihren Möglichkeiten beteiligen können. Ihre sprachlichen Aussagen begleitet sie mit ihrer Mimik, Gestik und einer passenden Stimmlage. Sie ist stets auch Sprachmodell, macht genaue Aussagen zur Geschichte („das schwarze Fell des Gorillas“), ergänzt fehlende oder ungenaue Formulierungen der Kinder und präzisiert einzelne Begriffe (z.B. das Wort „Taschenlampe“ für „Licht“). Wenn Kinder formale Fehler machen, berichtigt sie diese beiläufig, indem sie in ihren Antworten die korrekte Formulierung verwendet („zum Elefanten“ statt „im Elefanten“).

## Die Sprachen der Kinder wertschätzen (S. 35)
„Ein Löwe!“ wirft Aatos auf Hochdeutsch ins Gespräch ein. „Ein Löwe, genau.“, „Leu“ heisst es auf Schweizerdeutsch und „Löwe“ auf Hochdeutsch, führt die Spielgruppenleiterin aus und weist damit auf den Unterschied zwischen Dialekt und Standardsprache hin. Und schon kommt eine weitere Sprache ins Spiel: „Schabaka! Schabaka!“ wiederholt Matvei mehrfach. Die Spielgruppenleiterin greift den Begriff des Kindes auf („Sagst du ‚Schabaka‘“). Dadurch zeigt sie Interesse an der Sprache des Kindes und macht seine Erstsprache für alle sichtbar. Durch die Wahrnehmung und Wertschätzung der verschiedenen Sprachen fühlen sich die Kinder ernst genommen und willkommen. 


## Encouraging challenging language tasks (p. 25)
The group of children is absorbed in the picture book. “Good night, Gorilla” is the title of the book. Soon the children discover the gorilla. But there is also a baby gorilla, a baby giraffe and a parrot. The children draw each other’s attention to their discoveries, which quickly draws them into a discussion. What type of toys for the gorilla does the book contain? And, can a gorilla ride a bicycle? Together they immerse themselves in the world of the book and their imagination. They share their assumptions and ideas. In this way, the discussion remains exciting and stimulating. When one little girl says: “Once a gorilla pooed and peed”, the joint picture book discussion develops in another direction. Now it is all about the children’s own experiences and thus about reality. The playgroup teacher includes all the children in the discussion by asking the following questions (“Have you all seen a gorilla?“; “And Phillipe? Has he also seen a gorilla?”). And then everyone’s attention returns once more to the book (“What is the gorilla doing next?”). 

## Use and enjoy picture books and other media for children (p. 32)
Joint picture book discussions are extremely valuable. Firstly, they offer excellent social experiences. Children can immerse themselves in a picture book together and discover numerous worlds in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. It is also important that children have access to an age-appropriate, stimulating selection of picture books. Secondly, the children in the playgroup have the opportunity to take an active part in the discussion, in accordance with their interests and abilities. They can tell each other what they see in the picture book but also talk about their own life experiences. In this way, the children get the opportunity to develop longer strands of thought.  

## Offering new words and grammar and clarifying them (p. 24)
The children in the playgroup have different levels of German. Some speak German at home, while others speak another language with their families. The playgroup teacher structures the picture book discussion so that all of them feel included, can follow the discussion and the story, and can take part in accordance with their abilities. She accompanies her linguistic utterances with facial expressions, gestures and a suitably pitched voice. Also, she always acts as a language model, makes precise statements on the story (“the black fur of the gorilla“), amends missing or incorrect formulations of the children and elaborates on individual terms (e.g. the word “torch” for “light”). If the children make formal errors, she corrects them incidentally by using the correct formulation in her answers (“zum Elefanten” instead of “im Elefanten”).

## Appreciating the children’s languages (p. 29)
Aatos throws the word “lion!” in standard German into the discussion. “A lion, right.” “Leu” is the Swiss German word and “Löwe” is the standard German word for lion. The playgroup teacher says this and in doing so points out the difference between the Swiss German dialect and standard German. And then a further language comes into play: “Schabaka!” “Schabaka!” repeats Matvei several times. The playgroup teacher picks up the term uttered by the child (“Do you say ‘Schabaka’?”). By doing so, she shows interest in the child’s language and makes his first language visible to everyone in the group. The noticing and valuing of the different languages means the children feel that they belong and that they are being taken seriously. 


## Réaliser des actions linguistiques exigeantes (p. 29 et suivantes)
Le groupe d’enfants regarde attentivement un livre d’images. Le livre s’intitule « Bonne nuit gorille », ou « Gute Nacht, Gorilla » en allemand. Les enfants ont vite découvert le gorille, mais il y a aussi un bébé gorille, un bébé girafe et un perroquet. Les enfants se révèlent mutuellement leurs découvertes et se retrouvent rapidement en pleine conversation : Qu’y a-t-il comme jouets pour le gorille dans le livre ? Et : les gorilles savent-ils faire du vélo ? Ensemble, ils plongent dans l’univers du livre et de leur imagination. Ils verbalisent leurs suppositions et leurs idées, maintenant ainsi la conversation intéressante et passionnante. Une petite fille affirme alors « un jour, un gorille a fait caca et pipi », et le sujet de la conversation autour du livre d’images change. Désormais, chacun évoque ses expériences et donc des situations réelles. L’animatrice du groupe fait participer tous les enfants à la discussion (« Avez-vous déjà vu un gorille ? » ; « Et Philipp ? Il a déjà vu un gorille ? »). Ensuite, l’attention du groupe se focalise à nouveau sur le livre (« Que fait le gorille ensuite ? »). 

## Utiliser des livres d’images et autres médias destinés aux enfants (p. 32)
Les discussions autour des livres d’images sont très précieuses. D’une part, ils offrent une expérience commune satisfaisante. Grâce au livre d’images, les enfants peuvent plonger ensemble dans une ambiance agréable et détendue. Il est important que les enfants disposent d’une large sélection de livres d’images adaptés à leur âge. D’autre part, les enfants du groupe de jeu ont la possibilité de participer de manière active à la conversation en fonction de leurs intérêts et leurs possibilités. Ils peuvent partager ce qu’ils voient dans le livre d’images, mais aussi ce qu’ils vivent dans leur propre vie. Les enfants ont ainsi l’opportunité de développer ensemble des réflexions plus poussées.  

## Proposer et expliquer les outils linguistiques (p. 28)
Les enfants du groupe de jeu ont des capacités linguistiques différentes en allemand. Certains parlent l’allemand chez eux, d’autres parlent une autre langue avec leur famille. L’animatrice du groupe mène la discussion autour du livre d’images de manière à ce que chacun se sente impliqué, puisse suivre l’histoire et participer selon ses possibilités. Ses affirmations sont accompagnées de mimiques, gestes et d’un ton de voix approprié. Elle est un modèle linguistique, donne des indications exactes sur l’histoire (« le pelage noir du gorille »), complète les phrases incomplètes ou imprécises des enfants et précise certains termes (p. ex. « lampe de poche » à la place de « lumière »). Lorsque les enfants font des erreurs de forme, elle les corrige immédiatement en leur répondant par la formulation juste (« à l’éléphant » au lieu de « à le éléphant »).

## Valoriser la langue des enfants (p. 35)
« Un lion ! » s’exclame Aatos en allemand. « Un lion, c’est ça. ». L’animatrice du groupe précise qu’on dit « Leu » en suisse-allemand et « Löwe » en allemand, mettant en exergue les différences entre la langue standard et le dialecte. Une autre langue est alors introduite : « Schabaka ! Schabaka ! » répète Matvei plusieurs fois. L’animatrice du groupe reprend le mot prononcé par l’enfant (« Tu dis : < Schabaka > »). Elle fait preuve d’intérêt pour la langue de l’enfant et valorise ainsi sa langue maternelle. Grâce à la perception et à la valorisation des différentes langues, les enfants se sentent acceptés et pris au sérieux. 


## Realizzare atti linguistici stimolanti (pag. 29 segg.)
Il gruppo di bambini osserva incuriosito il libro illustrato intitolato «Buona notte, gorilla». I bambini riconoscono subito il gorilla. Ma ci sono anche un cucciolo di gorilla, un cucciolo di giraffa e un pappagallo. I bambini richiamano reciprocamente l'attenzione sulle loro scoperte. Rapidamente si ritrovano nel bel mezzo della conversazione: Che giocattoli ha a disposizione il gorilla nel libro? E: i gorilla sanno andare in bicicletta? Insieme si immergono nel mondo del libro e della fantasia. Esprimono le loro ipotesi e le loro idee mantenendo così la conversazione interessante e stimolante. Quando una bambina dice “Una volta un gorilla ha fatto cacca e pipì”, la conversazione collettiva si sposta dal libro in un’altra direzione passando a esperienze personali e quindi alla realtà. La responsabile del gruppo di gioco coinvolge tutti i bambini nella conversazione (“Avete mai visto un gorilla?”; “E Philippe? Anche lui ha visto un gorilla?”). Poi l’attenzione comune torna sul libro (“Cosa fa il gorilla dopo?”). 

## Leggere e divertirsi con i libri illustrati e altri strumenti per bambini (pag. 32)
Le conversazioni collettive sui libri illustrati sono assai preziose. Da un lato sono un'occasione per fare fantastiche esperienze di gruppo. In un’atmosfera piacevole e rilassata i bambini possono immergersi insieme nel libro illustrato e scoprire innumerevoli mondi. A tale scopo è importante che i bambini abbiano a disposizione una selezione di libri illustrati stimolante e adeguata alla loro età. Dall’altro lato, nel gruppo di gioco i bambini hanno la possibilità di partecipare attivamente alla conversazione, nei limiti dei propri interessi e delle proprie possibilità. Possono comunicarsi a vicenda ciò che vedono nel libro, ma anche raccontare delle esperienze vissute realmente. In questo modo hanno l’opportunità di sviluppare insieme sequenze di pensiero più articolate.  

## Offrire e chiarire i mezzi linguistici (pag. 28)
I bambini del gruppo di gioco dispongono di conoscenze del tedesco diverse gli uni dagli altri. Alcuni parlano in tedesco anche a casa, altri usano un’altra lingua in famiglia. La conversazione sul libro illustrato viene strutturata dalla responsabile di modo tale che tutti si sentano partecipi, possano seguire la conversazione e la storia e riescano a contribuire ognuno secondo le proprie possibilità. La responsabile accompagna le sue frasi con la mimica facciale, i gesti e un tono di voce adeguato. Funge sempre anche da modello linguistico, fa affermazioni esatte sulla storia (“il pelo nero del gorilla”), completa le formulazioni mancanti o inesatte dei bambini e precisa singoli termini (ad es. la parola “torcia” per “luce”). Quando i bambini fanno errori formali, li corregge indirettamente utilizzando la formulazione corretta nelle sue risposte (“all’elefante” anziché “nell’elefante”).

## Valorizzare le lingue dei bambini (pag. 35)
“Un leone!” interviene Aatos in tedesco standard. “Un leone, esatto.”, “Leu” viene chiamato in svizzero tedesco e “Löwe” in tedesco standard, spiega la responsabile segnalando così la differenza tra dialetto e lingua standard. E subito entra in gioco un’altra lingua: “Schabaka! Schabaka!” ripete più volte Matvei. La responsabile riprende il termine del bambino (“Dici ‚Schabaka”). In questo modo mostra interesse per la lingua del piccolo ed evidenzia la sua prima lingua a tutti. Grazie alla considerazione e alla valorizzazione delle diverse lingue i bambini si sentono presi sul serio e benaccetti.
