## Gegenstände, Tätigkeiten und Eigenschaften benennen (S. 28)
Kasimir, Manu und ihre Mutter sind zu Besuch bei den Grosseltern auf dem Bauernhof. Was es da alles zu entdecken gibt! Die Mutter begleitet die beiden Brüder auf ihrer Erkundungstour – auch sprachlich. Sie kommentiert, benennt, erklärt und teilt ihre Gedanken mit. So fügen sich Wörter und Sätze in den aktuellen Kontext. Behütet sitzt Kasimir auf dem Schoss der Mutter, lauscht ihren Worten und erlebt die Situation mit allen Sinnen. Er hört die junge Katze maunzen, sieht ihre Bewegungen und kann das weiche Fell fühlen. Kasimir kann so das Gehörte mit dem Erlebten verknüpfen. Dies hilft ihm, seinen Wortschatz nicht nur zu erweitern, sondern auch zu vernetzen. Er lernt immer besser, das Gesagte zu verstehen und später die Sprache auch selber einzusetzen.

## Innere Vorgänge sprachlich ausdrücken (S. 29)
Kasimir möchte das Kätzchen berühren, doch Manu hat Angst, dass der jüngere Bruder dem Jungtier weh tut. Die Mutter erkennt die unterschiedlichen Bedürfnisse ihrer Söhne und hilft ihnen, diese zu versprachlichen. Dabei berücksichtigt sie die individuellen sprachlichen Fähigkeiten der beiden. Kasimir äussert seinen Wunsch (das Kätzchen anzufassen) mit dem ganzen Körper. Er reckt sich danach und gibt laut seinen Unmut darüber kund, dass Manu ihn daran hindert, in das weiche Fell zu fassen. Die Mutter interpretiert die Laute und Gesten und findet stellvertretend für Kasimir Worte dafür: „Du möchtest es auch anfassen, gell.“ An Manu gerichtet, erklärt sie Kasimirs Wunsch: „Er möchte auch fühlen, wie weich das Fell ist.“

Manu dagegen kann schon gut sagen, was er möchte – nämlich das Kätzchen zur Katzenmutter zurück bringen. Mit Fragen geht die Mutter dem Grund für dieses Anliegen nach („Hast du Angst, dass er ihm weh macht?“; „Möchtest du es wegnehmen und beschützen?“). So unterstützt sie Manu beim eigenen Formulieren seines Wunsches.

Durch diese individuelle und vermittelnde Unterstützung der Mutter lernen die beiden immer besser, ihre Gefühle und Gedanken zum Ausdruck zu bringen und auch die Emotionen oder Absichten ihrer Mitmenschen verstehen zu können.

## Kindergespräche vorübergehend begleiten und anregen (S. 25)
Die beiden Brüder sind sich vertraut und fühlen sich wohl miteinander. Eine wichtige Voraussetzung, um sich einzubringen und die eigenen Bedürfnisse kund zu tun. Kasimir macht dies mit Lauten und dem ganzen Körper. Indem die Mutter diese Signale in Worte fasst, lernt Manu immer besser, seinen jüngeren Bruder zu verstehen und dessen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse zu erkennen.

Im Moment ist es noch schwierig für die beiden, ihren Interessenskonflikt alleine zu lösen. Dies weiss auch die Mutter. Sie vermittelt, indem sie einerseits die verschiedenen Standpunkte versprachlicht („Er möchte auch mal anfassen.“; „Hast du Angst, dass er ihm weh macht?“) und andererseits Manu einen Hinweis gibt, was er tun könnte, damit Kasimir nicht zu fest zupackt („Du musst Kasimir sagen, wie er es anfassen soll.“). Manu nimmt diesen Hinweis auf und zeigt mit der eigenen Hand auf Kasimirs Kopf vor, wie dieser die Katze ganz sanft streicheln kann. Ganz selbstverständlich nutzt er so auch nichtsprachliche Mittel, um das Gesagte zu verdeutlichen und dem Bruder das Verstehen zu erleichtern.

Durch die angepasste Unterstützung ihrer Mutter lernen Kasimier und Manu nach und nach, die eigenen Anliegen zu vertreten, sich durchzusetzen, nachzugeben und Kompromisse auszuhandeln.


## Name objects, activities, and characteristics (p. 24)
Kasimir and Manu are visiting their grandparents on the farm, along with their mother. There is so much to discover there! Their mother accompanies the two brothers on their discovery tour – also in linguistic terms. She comments, names, explains and gives her thoughts. In this way, she includes words and sentences in the current context. Kasimir sits comfortably in his mother’s lap, listens to her words, and experiences the situation with all his senses. He hears the kitten meow, sees its movements and can feel the soft fur. In this way, Kasimir can connect what he hears with what he sees. This helps him not only to expand his vocabulary but also to link it. He is learning to understand what is said and also how to use the language himself at a later date.

## Expressing inner processes verbally (p. 24 f.)
Kasimir would like to touch the kitten, but Manu is afraid that his little brother is going to hurt it. Their mother recognises her sons’ differing needs and helps them to express them in words. In the process, she considers their individual linguistic needs. Kasimir voices his wish (to touch the kitten) with his entire body. He stretches out and expresses his displeasure that Manu is stopping him from touching its soft fur. His mother interprets the sounds and gestures and provides words on Kasimir’s behalf: “You want to touch it too, right?” She explains Kasimir’s wish to Manu: “He also wants to feel how soft the fur is.”

Manu, on the other hand, can clearly express what he wants – which is to bring the kitten back to its mother. His mother questions him to explore the reason for his concern (“Are you worried that he’s going to hurt it?” ; “Would you like to take it away and protect it?”). In this way, she helps Manu to formulate what he wants to say.

Through the individual and conciliatory support of their mother, the two children learn to express their feelings and thoughts better and also to understand the emotions or intentions of their fellow human beings.

## Temporarily supporting and encouraging conversations between children if needed (p. 22)
The two brothers get on well and feel comfortable with one another. This is an important prerequisite to including them and allowing them to express their own needs. Kasimir does this with sounds and with his whole body. By putting these signals into words, Manu learns to understand his brother better and recognise his wishes and needs.

At the moment, it is still difficult for the two of them to resolve their conflict of interest on their own. Their mother knows this, too. She acts as an intermediary by putting the various viewpoints into words (“He would also like to touch it”; “Are you worried that he’s going to hurt it?“) as well as giving Manu a tip on what he could do to ensure that Kasimir does not grab the kitten too hard (“You need to tell Kasimir how he should touch the kitten”). Manu picks up this tip and points to Kasimir’s head with his own hand to demonstrate to his brother how to stroke the kitten very softly. As a matter of course, he also uses non-linguistic material to clarify what is said and make it easier for his brother to understand.

As a result of the adapted support provided by their mother, Kasimir and Manu progressively learn to raise their individual concerns, assert themselves, relent and compromise.


## Nommer des objets, des activités ou des caractéristiques (p. 28)
Kasimir, Manu et leur maman rendent visite aux grands-parents à la ferme. Il y a tant de choses à découvrir ! La maman accompagne les deux frères dans leur exploration, notamment sur le plan linguistique. Elle commente, nomme et partage ses pensées. Dans ce contexte, les mots et les phrases prennent forme. Kasimir est installé sur les genoux protecteurs de sa maman. Il l’écoute parler et vit la situation avec ses cinq sens en éveil. Il entend le chaton miauler, observe ses mouvements et touche son pelage doux. Kasimir peut ainsi faire le lien entre ce qu’il entend et ce qu’il vit. Cela l’aide non seulement à étendre son vocabulaire, mais aussi à relier les mots entre eux. Il comprend de mieux en mieux et apprend à intégrer ce qu’il entend à son propre vocabulaire.

## Exprimer le ressenti (p. 29)
Kasimir souhaite toucher le chaton, mais Manu a peur que son petit frère puisse faire mal au jeune animal. La maman identifie les besoins de chacun de ses fils et les aide à s’exprimer. Elle tient compte des capacités linguistiques de chacun. Kasimir exprime son souhait (de toucher le chaton) avec tout son corps. Il s’avance et exprime son mécontentement lorsque Manu l’empêche de toucher le doux pelage du chaton. La maman interprète les sons et gestes de Kasimir et les verbalise à sa place : « Tu veux aussi le toucher, n’est-ce pas ? ». Puis, elle s’adresse à Manu et lui explique le désir de Kasimir : « Il aimerait aussi sentir le pelage doux du chaton. ».  

En revanche, Manu sait déjà très bien exprimer ce qu’il veut : il voudrait ramener le chaton à la maman chat. Sa maman lui pose des questions pour comprendre ses motivations (« As-tu peur qu’il lui fasse mal ? » ; « Est-ce que tu veux le ramener pour le protéger ? »). De cette façon, elle aide Manu à formuler ce qu’il désire.

Grâce au soutien individuel et ciblé de leur mère, les deux apprennent à exprimer de mieux en mieux leurs sentiments et leurs pensées ainsi qu’à comprendre les émotions ou les intentions de leur entourage.

## Accompagner et encourager les enfants dans leurs conversations (p. 25)
Les deux frères sont proches et à l’aise ensemble, une condition indispensable pour participer et communiquer leurs propres besoins. Kasimir communique par des sons et avec tout son corps. En verbalisant ses gestes, la maman aide Manu à mieux comprendre son petit frères et à identifier ses souhaits et besoins.

Il est encore difficile pour eux de régler leurs conflits d’intérêts tout seuls et leur maman le sait. Elle transmet son savoir, d’une part, en verbalisant les différents points de vue (« Il aimerait aussi le toucher. » ; « As-tu peur qu’il lui fasse mal ? ») et, d’autre part, en suggérant à Manu comment réagir pour que Kasimir n’agrippe pas le chaton trop fort (« Tu dois montrer à Kasimir comment le toucher. »). Manu entend la suggestion de sa maman et montre avec sa main sur la tête de Kasimir comment il peut le caresser. Très naturellement, il utilise des éléments de communication non-verbale pour illustrer ce qui a été dit et aider son frère à comprendre.

Grâce au soutien ciblé de leur mère, Kasimir et Manu apprennent à présenter leur point de vue, à s’imposer, à capituler et à faire des compromis.


## Nominare gli oggetti, le attività e le caratteristiche (pag. 28)
Kasimir, Manu e la loro mamma stanno visitando la fattoria dei nonni. Ci sono tantissime cose da scoprire! La mamma segue i due fratelli nella loro esplorazione – anche verbalmente. Commenta, nomina, spiega e comunica i suoi pensieri. In questo modo aggiunge parole e frasi all’attuale contesto. Kasimir è seduto al sicuro in braccio alla mamma, ascolta le sue parole e sperimenta la situazione con tutti i sensi. Ascolta il miagolio del gattino, vede i suoi movimenti e può accarezzarne il morbido pelo. In questo modo Kasimir può collegare ciò che sente a ciò che sta vivendo. Questo lo aiuta non solo ad ampliare il proprio vocabolario, ma anche a metterlo in relazione alla realtà che lo circonda. Impara sempre di più a comprendere ciò che viene detto e più avanti imparerà anche a utilizzare da solo la lingua.

## Esprimere verbalmente gli stati d’animo interiori (pag. 29)
Kasimir vorrebbe toccare il gattino, ma Manu ha paura che il fratellino gli possa fare male. La mamma riconosce le diverse esigenze dei suoi figli e li aiuta a verbalizzarle. In tale contesto considera le abilità linguistiche individuali di entrambi. Kasimir esprime il suo desiderio (toccare il gattino) con tutto il corpo. Si butta all’indietro e manifesta ad alta voce il suo malumore quando Manu gli impedisce di toccare il morbido pelo del cucciolo. La mamma interpreta i suoni e i gesti del figlio e trova le parole per esprimere lo stato d’animo di Kasimir al suo posto: “Vuoi toccarlo anche tu, eh?” Rivolgendosi a Manu, gli spiega il desiderio di Kasimir: “Pure lui vuole sentire com’è morbido.”

Manu invece riesce a dire chiaramente cosa vuole – vorrebbe infatti riportare il gattino dalla madre. Con delle domande la mamma approfondisce la ragione di tale richiesta (“Hai paura che gli faccia male?”; “Vuoi portarlo via e proteggerlo?”). In questo modo aiuta Manu a formulare da solo il suo desiderio.

Attraverso questo sostegno individuale e conciliatore della mamma i due bambini imparano sempre di più a esprimere i propri sentimenti e pensieri e anche a comprendere le emozioni o le intenzioni del prossimo.

## Seguire e stimolare all’occorrenza le conversazioni tra bambini (pag. 25)
I due fratelli hanno confidenza e stanno bene insieme. Un importante presupposto per farsi coinvolgere e manifestare le proprie esigenze. Kasimir lo fa con i suoni e tutto il corpo. Quando la mamma esprime a parole questi segnali, Manu impara sempre di più a comprendere il fratellino e a riconoscere i suoi desideri e le sue esigenze.

In questo momento è ancora difficile per entrambi risolvere da soli i loro conflitti di interesse. Lo sa bene anche la mamma. Interviene da un lato verbalizzando i diversi punti di vista (“Vuole accarezzarlo anche lui.”; “Hai paura che gli faccia male?”) e dall’altro indicando a Manu cosa potrebbe fare affinché Kasimir non lo afferri forte (“Devi dire a Kasimir come toccarlo.”). Manu ascolta quest’indicazione e mostra con la sua mano sulla testa di Kasimir come bisogna accarezzare molto delicatamente il gatto. Naturalmente, così facendo, utilizza anche mezzi non verbali per chiarire ciò che dice e semplificare la comprensione al fratellino.

Grazie al sostegno adeguato della loro mamma Kasimir e Manu imparano via via a esprimere le proprie esigenze, ad affermarsi, a cedere e a scendere a compromessi.
